1. Who are we

Bruiloftkriebels is an internationally operating wedding planner.

 

2. Our role in processing personal data

Bruiloftkriebels acts as the “Processor” of personal data to be able to correctly execute the agreement or to send a tailor-made offer.

 

3. What personal data do we process

In order to execute your agreement with us, we need the following personal data from you:

 

Name and address details

Your name is saved because we prefer not to address you with your customer number. We need your address and place of residence, among other things, to provide the services purchased, to draw up invoices, and to make contact.

 

Email address

Your email address will be saved to send you important messages about your order or service. In that case, of course, you always have the option to unsubscribe.

 

Phone number

Your phone number will be used to contact you.

 

ID data authorized to sign (ID type, document number, date of birth, date of issue, place of issue)

 

In some cases, this data may be requested for the purpose of carrying out work. This may be provided by you in the form of an unrecognizable copy of an ID.

 

Information about your contact with us

We process data about the contact you had with us when you asked us a question or when you submit a complaint to us.

In all cases, we receive personal data directly from you.

We process personal data for the execution of our services.

We use personal data to be able to contact you in the performance of our contractual obligations.

Processing of personal data is only permitted if we have a legal basis to do so. We use the following basis: the processing is necessary for the execution of an agreement.
 

7. How do we protect personal data?

We handle personal data with care and have taken technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss or unlawful processing. This includes measures to safely use our website and IT systems and to prevent misuse. But also to the security of physical spaces where data is stored. We ensure that our employees have knowledge in the field of the protection of personal data. Only authorized personnel can view and process your data.

 

We oblige our suppliers of software and IT systems to take at least equivalent security measures.

 

All our employees have signed a nondisclosure agreement. Employees hereby declare that they adhere to the laws and regulations and codes of conduct in the field of confidentiality and handling of personal data.

 

 8. How long do we keep personal data?

We do not store personal data longer than necessary. In some cases, the law determines how long we may or must keep data. In other cases, we have determined ourselves how long we need your data.

 

9. Disclosure of personal data to third parties

Disclosure of personal data to third parties is only done if this is necessary for the execution of the Agreement or to comply with a legal obligation.

 

In the event of the provision of personal data to third parties, this is always stated in advance to the customer for approval in accordance with the AVG legislation.
